It is for two types of users. First, for all professionals such as teachers, coaches, therapists, experts in yoga, meditation, pilates, sophrology, and way more. It allows them to run live sessions with easy booking, bundle content and programs to develop a real online business.
Sunslower is also for you if you want to get yoga live classes or video tutorials. Search for your future great teacher or a specific type of yoga practice to start taking classes and improve yourself!
To ensure the quality of the teaching service, we regularly check professional profiles created on Sunslower, to make sure they provided their accreditations and own experience as a teacher.
Sure! All you have to do is share your Sunslower profile to your students where all your live sessions and content (videos, bundles) will be available for purchase and booking. All-in-one place, it's easy.
Professionals (teachers, coaches, experts, therapists, etc.), you can create your schedule of video sessions, which will all be managed by Zoom (directly integrated into Sunslower) or in person, by indicating the address of the session. Your clients will be able to easily book a place from your page, pay instantly (secure Stripe payment) and receive the necessary automatic reminder notifications, before the session. You can schedule appointments with your clients who automatically book and pay for their slot. You can create and enrich a library of videos, in order to market them. You can group them together and form a "set", which you can sell, like a yoga program, for example. Or, you can sell each video separately. Your customers will have unlimited access to the purchased videos from your page. As a professional, you decide on your pricing. You can create packages of sessions (multipass) as well as subscriptions.
Absolutely! To be honest, it is one of the main goals we first had with this platform: enabling teachers to get an all-in-one tool. You can use your Sunslower profile and session booking page, as your business website. When your profile is complete, you get all you need to run your online business (and many more features are to come!).
Easy! We integrated Zoom so all live sessions happen on Sunslower, with all usual Zoom features. From your pro dashboard, click on "add" a live session and fill in the different fields (class title, price, date & hour, etc.). When clicking on "publish", a Zoom link will automatically be generated and be available for all students purchasing your session. No need to generate and send Zoom invitations for each session yourself, everything is automatically handled thanks to the Zoom integration.
Absolutely. When a space is reserved for a session or appointment, your client receives a confirmation email. We send automatic reminder emails 24 hours and 1 hour before the session starts. These reminders contain the Zoom link or address to get to the session. Also, this information is available on the session page. You can say goodbye to sending manual reminders and confirmations to your clients, we take care of that from now on ;)

You can only cancel a session if you have not yet received a registration for it. From your Dashboard, go to the session page and click "Cancel". The session will no longer be visible on your page. Coming soon: The ability to cancel a session for a specific reason, even if reservations have already taken place. In this case, an automatic refund of your clients will be made, according to the terms defined.
Not yet but it's coming! Again, we're working hard on multiple new features to be released right after the website Beta version. One of them is recording your live sessions and enabling your clients to get it for a defined time after the session, if you decide to. Also, we'll give you the opportunity to use your replays as a video asset to add onto your library for sale (smart, isn't it 😉 ?).
You indeed! It's now possible thanks to the appointments. Easy booking and payment system will be exactly the same as for live classes. Private yoga class, sophrology appointment, everything is possible!
Indeed. This account can be basic or professional. As you are a professional, we recommend you to upgrade to the Zoom license, in order to conduct unlimited sessions in time. The cost of a monthly Zoom license is currently about 16€. When you sign up for Sunslower, you will have to connect your Zoom account in a few clicks. If you don't have a Zoom account yet, you can easily create one by following the link provided. From then on, you are ready to create live sessions at will on Sunslower.
Not yet but it's coming soon. We know how important it is for professionals to track and analyze their business. So, we integrated this feature for you and it should be ready in a couple of weeks. The idea is to help you understand, optimize and improve your activity, revenue, client behavior, contact listing, etc.
Yes, you can choose to upload all types of classic video formats, such as mp4, mpeg, quicktime, wmv.
Absolutely! If you want to offer your programs, course packs, etc., you can easily package them for sale. You can easily package them to offer them for sale, always from your page, in the 'Set' category. How do I do this? From your Dashboard, click on create a set and then select the different items to add (videos and/or planned sessions). Fill in the required fields such as the name, description and price of the set. You can propose a reduced price for several items, in order to be more attractive and improve the conversion. However, we would like to point out that you cannot indicate a price higher than the sum of the price of the items sold separately.
Sure! All the uploaded videos are yours. When your client makes a purchase, there will be unlimited access to the asset unless you decide to remove it from the platform.
Sunslower offers 2 pricing plans in order to pick the one that suits best your activity. The Free plan is free : you give your classes, you receive money. A 8% transaction fee is applied on your sales. The Basic plan is a 29€ monthly subscription plan. A 3% transaction fee is applied on your sales. If you sell more than 500€ per month, this plan is more interesting for you to increase your profitability on the long term. You have a 30 days free trial.
Absolutely! It is really a major benefit we wanted to offer to all professionals using Sunslower. You get the opportunity to set your own prices, for each session, bundle or video content. Thus, your clients will pay you straight on your Paypal account or by credit card through the secured payment system Stripe. A transaction fee is applied by both system.

From your dashboard, on the payment method page, you have access to all Stripe transactions for each session or item you sold on Sunslower.
We use the secured payment system Stripe for all payments from your clients. They can pay by credit card.
Regarding professional subscription to Sunslower and the payments from your clients to you, we integrated Stripe to securely process transactions from your bank account and transactions from your clients to your bank account (credit card payments). Stripe is a major online payment gateway that is trusted by global businesses such as Lyft, Uber, Kickstarter, Slack and many others.
When your clients pay by credit car : The money is transferred to your account Stripe Express before being sent to your bank account. You can view all the purchase transactions and your Stripe Express account balance, clicking on "View my transactions", on the page "Payment methods".
Regarding your Sunslower subscription payment, you don’t need to have an existing Stripe account or to create any. Sunslower is integrated directly with Stripe for secured payment and all you have to do is enter your credit card information, when subscribing. Regarding payments from your clients to you, you can add your bank information after you sign up to Sunslower. These information (powered by Stripe) allow you to offer credit card payment to your clients.

Multipass is similar to a pre-paid card to enable your customers purchasing multiple live sessions and / or videos, in order to offer a more attractive single item price.

From your dashboard, you can create one or more multipasses by choosing the number of sessions, videos and the price. Personalize your multipass as you like: '5 live-classes pass', '10 Vinyasa sessions', '3 videos pre-paid program', etc. You can be creative here!

This type of pricing offer shows two main advantages:
1. It increases your customers' loyalty on a mid and long term basis, by offering reduced prices.
2. You enhance your revenue longevity and stability, in comparison to sell only single sessions or videos.

From your customer side, they can purchase a multipass from your Sunslower profile. Once, it's done, they can use it anytime they want to book a session or buy one of your videos.
Stripe fees, paid by Sunslower for integrating the gateway Stripe Express:
2 euros by active user by month + 0,25% of the transfer volume + 0,10 euros by transfer. Information link

The memberships enable professionals to offer an unlimited access to their content and/or live sessions, in return for a membership subscription by their client / student.
This allows to increase client loyalty easily and set a regular revenue for professionals, every month, week, or trimester, for instance.
Memberships are automatically renewed and voidable anytime by clients / students. As a professional, you are to decide the billing period, the price and the item access.
For every membership purchase, a 3% commission is applied for Sunslower via Stripe, our credit card payment system. This commission comes in addition to the transaction Stripe fees (see previous question "What are the fees applied by the payment system used?").

You can book video or face-to-face sessions, as well as appointments with qualified professionals in the different practices offered on Sunslower. So, you can book a video session (on Zoom) with a yoga teacher, buy a video or a Pilates program, book an appointment in sophrology whenever you want. Whether you already have a teacher or are looking to explore yoga, meditation, pilates, Sunslower integrates what you need to unfold your potential.
Easy! We integrated Zoom so all live sessions happen on Sunslower, with all usual Zoom features. From your space “My Sunslower”, click on “Join live Zoom” button and wait for your teacher to start the course you booked. Also, you’ll be receiving reminders by emails containing the appropriate Zoom link for each class you booked.
Yes, when you book a session or an appointment, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We send a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before the booking starts. These reminders all contain the unique Zoom link to click when the session is about to start, or the address to go to. Also, this information is available on the page of the booked session.
On this Beta version, it is not yet possible yet, but it will be in the coming weeks. If you happen not to be able to attend a class you purchased, just kindly contact your teacher so he can refund you, if necessary. Coming soon: The ability to cancel a session a few days before the class starts and get automatically refund. However, if you need to cancel less than 24 hours before the class starts, you’ll need to contact your teacher.

Yes, it is possible. You can cancel a reservation a few days before the session and get an automatic refund of your payment, within 2 to 4 days of cancellation. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the session, you automatically free up a spot for the session, but you will not be refunded. To cancel a session, simply go to the session page and click on "Cancel" (in "My Sunslower"). The automatic cancellation option is no longer available within 24 hours of the start of the session. In this case, we recommend that you contact the professional directly.
We want Sunslower to remain free for all students. You only pay the teacher(s) you’ll purchase content and classes from. Sunslower is paid by the professional transaction fees on their sales and via a monthly subscription plan.
Paypal and Stripe automatically send payment receipts for each booked session and asset purchased. The receipt contains general information on the purchase.
We use the secured payment system Stripe for your payments. You can use your credit card to purchase all your items and live sessions easily and securely.

From the professional profiles you like, you can purchase a multipass in the section called 'multipass'. Once it's done, just use it anytime you want to book a session or buy a video. You can buy several passes at once, from the same professional or from multiple ones. You'll find all your on-going passes on your interface My Sunslower.
The memberships enable professionals to offer an unlimited access to their content and/or live sessions, in return for a membership subscription by their client / student.

This allows you to benefit from even more content and live classes from your favorite teachers, for a recurrent price, just like a normal gym subscription. Memberships are automatically renewed and voidable anytime.
